Expanding...
What a day today... 07/07/07, new 7 wonders of the world have been chosen, 7 cities host the world wide broadcasted Live Earth event and more couple than usual are getting married all over the planet: Beauty, Environment and Love... What a blast... Ohh, and le Tour de France started!
And what's my contribution?!
It's said every day can be the first day of the rest of your life...
Yesterday I woke at 6.45am, took a shower, avoid breakfast (my stomach felt shrunk... and that's a big deal!) hugged my mother, drove to airport, hugged my father... hours later I landed in Prague where I'm now spending my first full day, where I got a new job soon to start and where my new life is about to unfold.
Feelings are all known: sadness for leaving and excitement for arriving... a weird mix I try to rationalize: real friends will never change, family is neverendingnomatterwhat love, expectations are kept low so that I have everything to gain.
Only thing is: Are those decisions taken under these circumstances and feelings worth to be implemented?! Do they give you clarity or are just emotions that run over your truth thinking?
A first glance to my new life: I live in a typical soviet grey ugly building, but it's a very nice apartment and got a great room.
Entering a supermarket is always fun to me and now I'm remembered of all those times where shopping in there is all about looking at pictures;
The swimming pool had no bench in the dressing room and of course I entered the ladies changing room.. Ops, how do you say MAN in Czech?!?
A calendar in the kitchen says: "Life shrinks and expands in proportion to one's courage" and I liked it very much, it makes me think a lot...
Puffff... that's a day of changes: Beauty, Environment, Love, Experiences... It does take some courage, doesn't it?!
And what's my contribution?!

Augusto,
Are you in Prague? My friend I have a holiday booked there for the 23 - 28 August! Will you be there?
Hope we can meet?
